Fixin the FZ6 - Part 2 - Assembly

Got up Saturday morning and went to work on this at about 8:30 or so. Stopped for breakfast, then worked until about 12 when we had to go to a birthday party. I did manage to get it all back together Saturday before we left, but it still needs a bath.

Headlight wiring. I made a small change in the dual headlight mod I did when I first got the bike. There are 2 connectors that connect the body wiring to the front fairing wiring harness. I added a male and female end to the wire used for the right low beam light, and inserted them in to the existing connectors. Now the wiring is more like factory, and removing the fairing is easier since the headlight mod wire goes through an existing connector

Here are some pics of the USB port I added for cell phone and GPS charging. I attached the socket to the ignition switch and ran the wires along with the ignition switch and headlight switch wiring.

All done. Still waiting on a tank and rear cover, but the cover is backordered and the tank is in limbo (lost in the mail).
