     A funny story about friendly competition and toys. My newest hobby seems to be gas powered Nitro RC cars. I only have one now, but I think I may need another (maybe a car, for the street). Jean promised she would keep a good watch on me, and not let me get in to trouble with this - it is addictive! There are some pictures of my T-Maxx Nitro RC Monster Truck here, as well as the Smartech junk I bought. If you have a Smartech car, read this, there is some information you can use.

      Download a free Popup Blocker (No installation - requires Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1) This is a very simple popup blocker. Just start Internet Explorer, then click Start on the popup blocker. Every instance of Internet Explorer that opens from now on will be closed. This popup blocker scans for new Internet Explorer windows once every second.

      Auto HTML-RSS Update is a utility that will read an xml page, convert the RSS data, and import it in to an existing web page. This will allow you to create web pages that will always display the most current information from your RSS feed, and since the resulting page is HTML, it can be easily included into any existing page.

      RSS v.2 XML to HTML converter   This command line program converts RSS v.2 XML files to HTML in order to make your RSS feed available to visitors viewing with a regular web browser. It is also useful if you want to incorporate RSS feeds in to your existing HTML documents.

      General Motors W and N Body PCM editing

• The Scan Data Thingy (a.k.a Table Modifier)   This is a program that can be used to help modify PCM files for GM 1997-2004 V6 cars. It was originally written to work with DHP's PowrTuner, but I'm planning on adding support for HP Tuner tables as well (Since I am now an HPTuner owner).

• The Tiny Tuner   Here is the PCM file editor. This is used to make changes to the engine computers calibrations just as HPTuner or DHP's PowrTuner. This does not flash or scan a PCM, it is only an editor for the calibration file.


• Binary Editor   This program is not so much a binary editor as it is a tool to help locate tables in a binary file. After loading a binary file, you can add, highlight, view, and change table structures. The latest version of this program and the tiny tuner both use an access database to store table information. By doing this, you can edit table structure or add tables with one tool and edit with the other. The same database is used for both programs.
